So I finished Ender’s Game and Speaker for the Dead and have found myself at a loss….what am I going to read at stoplights now???? Gotta go get the third book…for anyone who likes a good fiction book, check out the Ender serious. I’m not super into Sci-Fi, but someone lent these to me to give them a try, and boy were they AWESOME.  Yeah, I’m a nerd…it’s because I’m a reading superstar and I SHINE. Just wait until next month when the last Harry Potter book comes out. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES! I’ll be hoping for all red lights!!!!! Ok, enough…chao.

That’s a line from the song I’m listening to in this moment. Inspired by one of my best friends I was talking to this morning…reminded me just how much I love this song and how everything degrades to this song, or well, at least this band. I don’t know what it is about this song, but it affects me….deeply. Perhaps it’s the memories it brings, memories of pain, memories of joy. The truth is that when I listen to it I FEEL it. What is it that I feel? Not sure how to describe it, but I know you know what I mean. Those songs you can feel (and I’m NOT simply referring to EMO). I wouldn’t call it a masterpiece either, but I just love it. It makes me quiet (which can be such a gift to a thinker). Thank you Lord for creating music to be a part of us, such a gift. Ok, so I’m totally rambling about some song (surprised?). This is what happens when I’m tired, my mind exists in strange lands. I pray blessings for all of you…may you be filled with peace and quietness.
